The BlueArc Partner Acceleration Program offers three levels of participation today: Authorized Reseller, Gold Reseller and Platinum Reseller, which takes into consideration the uniqueness of each partner’s company. We work closely with each partner to develop the appropriate set of tools and resources necessary to help them grow their storage business. What is required to participate in BlueArc’s channel program? Partners who are interested in becoming an authorized BlueArc Acceleration Partner can do so simply by completing the online partner application and participate in the training courses provided for both sales and technical staff. Additionally, BlueArc works with partners to set sales levels based on mutually agreed upon quarterly business reviews. What are the benefits of the BlueArc partner program? Partners are provided benefits commensurate to their business and their overall investment in BlueArc. Benefits include access to BlueArc dedicated channel resources, opportunity registration, lead distribution & management, FREE sales and technical training, demo-purchase programs, and sales and marketing programs that are specifically designed to assist our partners in building their business. What products are available through the channel? All BlueArc products are available to our authorized channel partners. There are entry-level bundles that are “channel-only” How can I register a customer opportunity with BlueArc? The BlueArc Opportunity Registration program is available for our authorized partners and is managed through the BlueArc partner portal. Partners have the ability to purchase products directly from BlueArc or by working with our distributor, Bell Micro. How is support handled? (reseller or BlueArc?) BlueArc offers partners the ability to resell BlueArc's professional services or to partner by offering the reseller’s own professional services. In addition, resellers have the ability to sell BlueArc’s installation and support services -- or -- by becoming an BlueArc Authorized Service Provider, resellers can resell and provide their own BlueArc installation services.
